Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 June 2026
This policy applies to all digital products sold through the Charter 77 website.
No refunds on digital products
All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been issued.
By proceeding with checkout, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This consent is captured separately at the point of purchase and is required before your order can be completed.
Your statutory rights are not affected
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, materially not as described, or otherwise not fit for purpose, you remain entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. The “all sales are final” position above applies to change-of-mind requests, not to products that do not meet their statutory standard.
Technical issues
If you are unable to access or download your purchase due to a technical problem, please contact us at c77.design@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Payment disputes
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as our Merchant of Record. If you have a payment dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly. Any buyer protection process offered by Paddle is between you and Paddle; we do not make representations about the outcome of disputes raised with them.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment reversal is raised for a product that was successfully delivered and remains accessible, we reserve the right to revoke access to the product and to decline future purchases from the account or payment method involved.
